Developing and delivering an internal engagement campaign
Building a learning culture is a priority for many organisations so ensuring a coherent approach and easy access is essential.
Background and challenge
Our Global Pharma client had multiple training programs available, but there was no coherent approach to learning and access to what was available was often limited. The solution was a new Learning Academy and we worked alongside the program architects to engage the organisation with it.
Approach
The initial challenge was to create a strong identity and strapline for the Academy that would obtain cut-through in a crowded comms environment. Making it relevant was also key so we worked with the team to develop a number of learning personae that different target groups taking the training could identify with. We then brought these to life via learning journeys that demonstrated how a series of related learning activities can bring real value, using a combination of media to do this.
Results
There was considerable uptake of the new learning platform and survey results suggested that the campaign had helped to create a stronger learning culture in the organisation.
