The 3Cs that deliver maximum communication impact
Creating communication solutions that really make a difference is essential if our message is to rise above the corporate ‘noise’, and all of our experience tells us that this requires three key ingredients. We call these our 3Cs of communication and they lay at the foundation of everything we do.
Clarity
This means simplifying what are often complex messages and bringing them to life around a big idea. As the proverb goes, say a little and say it well.
Connection
This is all about making your message meaningful and relevant and crucially, explaining why. After all, you can understand something completely but disagree with it entirely.
Conversation
With clarity and connection great things can happen and we want people talking about them. Talking within their teams, across functions and of course with the wider world. We love engaged people. But we love engaged people who talk to each other even more.
