With experience drawn from the worlds of internal communication, change management, PR, HR and marketing, we bring the expertise, creativity and pragmatism required to solve your communication challenges.

A bit about Andrea and Paul

Having known each other since our days of working for Vodafone with different agencies, we joined forces over 11 years ago to collaborate on various projects. Realising we shared a passion for the value of employee engagement, we founded Dialogue in 2016 to help our clients deliver change and communication with real impact.

Andrea started her career in advertising, before moving into recruitment and training, and for the past 20 years has built on this experience in the world of internal communication. Paul started out in publishing before moving to consultancy and then internal communication as it emerged as a mainstream corporate activity.

As the business has grown, so too has our team. And whilst we may have different backgrounds, strengths, and styles, the one thing we all share is a passion for great communication and for delivering the very highest standards for our clients.

We’re fortunate to have worked across a range of industry sectors during our careers, both here in the UK and globally and with some of the world’s most recognisable and successful organisations.

And how would we describe ourselves? For that, we asked our clients and in three words they said curious, collaborative, and committed – always asking questions, working towards a common goal and never complacent.
