New technology, generative AI and increasingly complex regulatory demands are all driving a rapid acceleration in the rate of change and transformation in pharma. But are those who work in the sector engaged with these changes? And what is the likely impact if they are not?

Our much-anticipated ‘state of employee engagement in the pharma sector 2024’ research report reveals all, and you can download it by clicking here.

Working with our global research partner Pureprofile, we surveyed over 560 people in seven countries and here is just a snapshot of our findings:

• 44% of survey participants don’t see a clear link between change programs and the goals of their organisation.
• One in five senior leaders provide no acknowledgement or endorsement of change in their organisation.
• Nearly one-third report that innovation is only sometimes or rarely encouraged in their organisation.
• The effective deployment of digital solutions is hampered by a lack of the ‘why’?
• Even though respondents understand the importance of compliance, this rarely translates into real engagement with the subject.

If you want to know more, why not join us at a special webinar we’re hosting next month where we’ll discuss the results and the actions that can be taken to address the challenges outlined in the report.

It’s on 4 July 2024 at 14.00 (BST), it’s free, and you can sign up here.
